Same-day delivery, answered
What is the cut-off time for same-day plant delivery in Dubai?
Order before 1pm Dubai time and your plants are delivered the same day anywhere in Dubai. Orders placed after 1pm go out next-day. Delivery is free, with a minimum order value of AED 300.
Which plants are available for same-day delivery?
Everything in stock on the site, including indoor plants such as snake plant, ZZ plant, golden pothos, monstera, string of hearts and peace lily, plus planters, soil and gifting sets. Same-day applies to Dubai; Abu Dhabi and Sharjah receive the full catalogue next-day.
Can I send a plant as a same-day gift in Dubai?
Yes. Choose any plant or gifting set, add a gift message at checkout, and enter the recipient's Dubai address. Order before 1pm for same-day delivery. Gifts travel in insulated packaging with a care card so the recipient knows how to look after the plant.
How do plants survive same-day delivery in Dubai's heat?
Every order is packed in insulated, shock-padded boxes with the root ball secured, and in peak summer routes are scheduled to avoid the hottest part of the afternoon where possible. If a plant arrives damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we replace it free under the alive-on-arrival guarantee. Separately, the 14-day settle-in promise covers one free replacement if the plant is still struggling in its first 14 days and you followed the care card.
How do I pay for a same-day plant order in Dubai?
By card on the checkout page, or by cash on delivery — which is half and half: a 50% advance on a secure card link we send you on WhatsApp, then the remaining 50% in cash to the driver. Same-day orders need the advance paid before the van is loaded, so pay it as soon as the link arrives. The minimum order value is AED 300, and cash on delivery is open on every order. We never ask for card details on WhatsApp or at the door.
Do you offer same-day plant delivery in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?
Not yet. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah receive next-day delivery on the full catalogue. The Northern Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah) receive hardy plants and hardgoods within 48 hours.
