Gift card questions
- How is a Heavenly Plants gift card delivered?
- By email. Once your order is confirmed we send the code to whichever address you enter at checkout — the recipient's, or your own if you would rather forward it or print it yourself. There is no physical card to wait for, so it works for a same-day gift.
- How long is a gift card valid, and are there fees?
- Twelve months from the day it is issued, with no purchase fee, no activation fee and no deduction for leaving it unused. The amount you pay is the amount that can be spent.
- Can a gift card be spent across more than one order?
- Yes. Enter the code at checkout and only the amount needed for that order is taken; the remaining balance stays on the card for the next one, until it is used up or it expires.
- What if the order costs more than the gift card?
- The gift card covers what it can and you pay the difference by card at checkout. Gift cards can also be combined with our delivery thresholds, so a larger order still qualifies for free delivery.
