    Which set should a total beginner start with?

    The Snake Plant & Golden Pothos Beginner Set. It pairs a Snake Plant and a Golden Pothos — two near-indestructible plants — with a white ceramic pot, so even an empty-handed first-timer can't go too wrong. Look for the "Beginner-easy" badge on any set.

    Are any sets safe for cats and dogs?

    Yes. Every set wearing the "Pet-friendly" badge contains only non-toxic plants — think Calathea, Spider Plant and Boston Fern. Filter by "Good for → Pet-safe" to see them all.

    Can I swap a plant inside a set?

    Sets are curated as a unit and ship as shown, so we don't substitute individual plants. If something's out of stock we'll message you before dispatch with options or a refund — never a silent swap. Want a custom mix? Build your own at Build-a-Bundle.

    Do sets come with care instructions?

    Always. Every set includes a printed care card for each plant — light, watering and feeding for UAE conditions — and you can WhatsApp our plant team any time you're unsure.

    Does my first-order discount work on sets?

    Yes. First-order and promo codes apply to sets at checkout, on top of the bundle saving already built into the price. Delivery is free on every order.

    What if a plant arrives damaged?

    You are covered twice. If it arrives damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we replace it free — no return shipping. If it is still struggling in its first 14 days and you followed the care card, message us and we replace it once.
