# How do I contact Heavenly Plants?

**Short answer:** The fastest way is WhatsApp on +971 50 136 8558, where a real plant person answers order, delivery and care questions, usually within the hour during the day. You can also email hello@heavenlyplants.ae. There is no walk-in shop; Heavenly Plants is an online store delivering across the UAE from Dubai.

WhatsApp is our main channel because it is how the UAE already talks: send a photo of a struggling plant, ask whether a set fits your light, or check same-day availability for your area before you order. Order confirmations, delivery windows and driver updates arrive there too.
