# How much does plant delivery cost in Dubai and the UAE?

**Short answer:** Delivery is free on every Heavenly Plants order, anywhere in the UAE, with an AED 300 minimum and no express surcharge. Dubai is same-day before 1pm and next day after; Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are next day; the Northern Emirates get hardy plants within 48 hours. Cash on delivery is a 50% card advance, then 50% cash at the door.

There is no delivery fee to calculate. Insulated packaging, root-ball securing and the route cost are built into the product price, so the total you see in the cart is the total you pay. What replaced the old per-emirate fee is a minimum order of AED 300 — below that we cannot move a live plant across the UAE and still deliver it in condition.
Speed still varies by emirate, because the distance from our Dubai hub does. Dubai is same-day on orders before 1pm and next day after that; Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are next day; Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are within 48 hours, and the Northern Emirates list is limited to hardy species and hardgoods that travel well over the longer journey.

## Is plant delivery free in Dubai?

Yes, and everywhere else in the UAE. There is no delivery charge on any order and no threshold to reach — the only requirement is the AED 300 order minimum, which applies equally in Dubai and in Fujairah.

## How much does same-day plant delivery cost in Dubai?

## Why is there a minimum order for plant delivery?

Because a live plant is a temperature-controlled delivery, not a parcel. An insulated box, secured root ball and a direct route cost roughly the same whether the order is one plant or five, and the AED 300 minimum is what lets us carry that cost on every order instead of charging a fee that would exceed it on small baskets.

## Are there packaging, fuel or handling surcharges?

No. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. Insulated boxes, root-ball securing and heat packs are included in the product price, and there is no fuel or handling surcharge added afterwards.

## Can I pay for a plant delivery in cash?

Yes, in every emirate, on orders of any size. Cash on delivery is split in half: once you order we send a secure card link on WhatsApp for a 50% advance, and the remaining 50% is paid in cash to the driver at the door. ## Do pots and add-ons count towards the minimum order?

Yes. The minimum is based on your cart subtotal, so [pots and planters](https://heavenlyplants.ae/collections/pots-planters), soil, fertiliser and care tools all count alongside the plants. Gift cards are the exception: they are delivered by email and are not subject to a delivery minimum.
