# Is there a limit for cash on delivery on plant orders in the UAE?

**Short answer:** There is no upper limit — cash on delivery is open on every order, whatever its size. It is split in half: a 50% advance paid on a secure card link we send you on WhatsApp once your order is placed, then the remaining 50% in cash to the driver on delivery. The only floor is the AED 300 order minimum, and delivery is free anywhere in the UAE. Cash on delivery works in every emirate, the Northern Emirates included.

Cash on delivery works here, but not as "pay nothing until it arrives". A refused COD delivery means a live plant has spent a day in a hot van and usually cannot be resold, and a shop that absorbs that ends up pricing it into everyone's order. The 50% advance is the compromise: you are not paying for a plant you have not seen, and we are not funding an entire basket that might come back dead.
So the flow is: place the order, get a WhatsApp message with a secure card link for the advance, pay it, and we reserve and prepare your plants. The rest is cash to the driver at the door — have it close to the exact amount if you can, because drivers carry limited change. If you would rather not hand over cash, pay by card at checkout instead — card orders are not charged until we dispatch.
We never ask for card numbers over WhatsApp, on the phone or at the door. The advance is only ever paid on our own payment page, on a link that starts with our domain, and it is handled by our payment provider — we do not see or store the card.
For trade, landscaping and villa-garden work we invoice separately with a deposit, which is a different process from the storefront checkout. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering if that is what you need.
