# ZZ Plant

Glossy & unbothered

- Price: AED 95
- Availability: out of stock
- Delivered size: approx. 50-65 cm tall · 14 cm pot (estimate)
- Botanical name: Zamioculcas zamiifolia
- Pet safety: not pet-safe — Calcium oxalate crystals — mouth irritation if chewed.

Waxy emerald leaves that shrug off neglect and dark corners. The ZZ is the office plant - it thrives under fluorescent light and survives the long weekend you spent in Salalah. Water every 2-3 weeks.

## Care in UAE conditions

- Watering: Every 2-3 weeks. Drought tolerant - roots store water
- Light: Low to bright indirect. Excellent for offices
- Temperature: 18-28°C
- Humidity: Low humidity is fine
- Soil: Well-draining mix with extra perlite
- Feeding: 2-3 times per year is plenty

UAE note: Underground rhizomes make it genuinely drought-proof, and it is the one plant that holds its gloss in a windowless Dubai office corner.
