# Yucca Rostrata — 120cm

A blue starburst on a trunk

- Price: AED 649 (was AED 849)
- Availability: in stock, ships same day in Dubai on orders before 1pm
- Delivered size: approx. 110-130 cm tall · 40 cm pot (estimate)
- Botanical name: Yucca rostrata
- Pet safety: not pet-safe — Saponins cause vomiting if chewed, and the leaf tips are genuinely sharp — the puncture risk to a child's eye is the one to plan around.

The beaked yucca: a perfect sphere of fine blue needles on a thick woody trunk, growing a few centimetres a year and living for decades. The single most architectural desert plant available here, and the anchor of every modern gravel garden. Full sun, water monthly, never let it sit wet.

UAE note: Blue-silver architecture that needs almost nothing: full sun, sharp drainage, and water only when the pot is bone dry. Overwatering is the single way people kill it here.
