# Marigold Tray — 6 Plants

Orange and gold, all winter

- Price: AED 59 (was AED 79)
- Availability: in stock, ships same day in Dubai on orders before 1pm
- Delivered size: approx. 20-30 cm per plant · 10 cm pot (estimate)
- Botanical name: Tagetes patula
- Pet safety: not pet-safe — Mildly irritant sap; eating a quantity upsets a dog's stomach. Not dangerous, but not a plant to let a puppy strip.

Six marigolds — the toughest of the winter annuals, and the one that keeps flowering when you forget it for a day. Traditionally planted at doorways and in borders for the colour and to deter garden pests. Full sun, water daily, deadhead to keep the flush coming. Season runs November to March.

UAE note: The cheapest way to fill a winter balcony with colour, and the traditional choice for Diwali and wedding planting here. Spider mite arrives the moment the humidity drops — check leaf undersides weekly.
