# Peregrina (Jatropha integerrima)

Coral flowers, non-stop

- Price: AED 99 (was AED 135)
- Availability: in stock, ships same day in Dubai on orders before 1pm
- Delivered size: approx. 60-85 cm tall · 24 cm pot (estimate)
- Botanical name: Jatropha integerrima
- Pet safety: not pet-safe — Sap irritates skin and eyes; seeds are toxic to people and pets if swallowed.

Jatropha flowers in small coral-red clusters more or less continuously, which almost nothing else does here — and it does it on a compact shrub that suits a courtyard or a large pot. Draws butterflies. Sap is a skin irritant and the seeds are toxic, so keep it away from where children play. Full sun to part shade, water twice weekly, light trim after each flush.

UAE note: Close to continuously in flower here, which almost nothing else manages — and compact enough for a large balcony pot rather than a bed.
