# Bougainvillea 'Pink Pixie'

Compact colour for a balcony rail

- Price: AED 49 (was AED 69)
- Availability: in stock, ships same day in Dubai on orders before 1pm
- Delivered size: approx. 35-50 cm tall · 18 cm pot (estimate)
- Botanical name: Bougainvillea glabra 'Pixie'
- Pet safety: not pet-safe — Thorns, and a sap that irritates skin. The scratch is the realistic risk, not poisoning.

The dwarf bougainvillea — all the paper-flower colour of the full-size plant in a 40cm bush that fits a balcony rail planter. Loves full UAE sun, flowers hardest when you under-water it. Water deeply twice a week in summer, once in winter. Feed monthly for continuous bloom.

UAE note: Dwarf bougainvillea, bred to stay in a pot. Counter-intuitive rule that catches everyone: it flowers when you keep it slightly dry and hungry — water and feed it generously and you get a healthy green bush and nothing else.
